K izuna is a well located building in upper Hirafu containing nine 1 & 2 bedroom apartments and one 3 bedroom, two-storey penthouse apartment spread over 7 floors. The 2 bedroom and penthouse apartments offer views of the spectacular Mt Yotei and the 1 bedroom apartments offer views of the ski hill and great value for a couple or pair of friends.

All apartment types have a washer/dryer, full kitchen and a separate living and dining area. The common areas of the building include, a ski locker for your equipment, a foyer area, and parking spaces (limited, first-come-first-serve). Essential ski services like equipment rental, ski lessons and lift ticket counters are all within short walking distance. Arrival and departure drives between the Hirafu Welcome Center and Kizuna are complimentary, so there’s no need to worry about getting between the bus stop and your accommodation.

Superb location. Quiet and minutes away from the main street and slopes. The apartment is tastefully decorated, modern and well stocked with appliances and beddings. Well equipped kitchen with ample cutleries and plates. Comes with Apple TV, Fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher etc.

Beautiful place. We booked the penthouse room (beds for 6 people), which gave us an awesome view of Mt Yotei. Soft beddings, good pillows, good sized kitchen, and dining table. Large living space, each of the 3 bedrooms has it's own bathroom (Masters bedroom has a tub) and large locker room for ski gear. The entryway/foyer has a long bench for everyone to sit down and change their shoes, which we all appreciated. There's parking in the front.

We stayed in 501 which is a light, airy apartment with an amazing view of Mt Yotei. Equipped with everything you need for a home away from home stay. Great comfy beds. Kizuna is in a fantastic location. 10 minutes to the Hirafu Gondola, 5 minutes to the Ace Quad Lift and minutes from the bars and restaurants. Fab place.

As always, our stay at Kizuna was just like being at home but with the benefits of housekeeping. Kizuna is in a fabulous location for all restaurants, shopping and bars after a fantastic day of skiing. An added bonus feature for our stay this year, was the return shuttle service available between 3-4pm from the Gondola, a lifesaver after a long day of skiing being dropped back to the front door of Kizuna, which now allows you to ski in and ski out. This is particularly valuable as walking around in your ski boots can be a bit hairy on the frozen icy paths back to the apartment. We also enjoyed dining at several new restaurants Kitchen and Musu as well as visiting our old favourites Kamimura, Ezo Seafoods Oyster bar, Steak Rosso Rosso and Mina Mina which never disappoint. We look forward to our next stay at Kizuna and skiing the wonderful snow of Niseko.
